Built from years of making research decisions.

JX Lab was created from a recurring observation across research environments: organizations rarely suffer from a shortage of questions. The harder problem is deciding which questions deserve time, budget and attention.

WHY JX EXISTS

The challenge isn’t finding more questions. It’s knowing which ones are worth answering.

JX Lab grew from a simple observation: organizations don’t merely struggle to conduct research. They struggle to determine what deserves research in the first place.

The JX Research Prioritizer is the first step toward making that judgment more systematic — combining research rigor, existing evidence, organizational priorities and real-world constraints through a transparent decision framework.

THE FOUNDER

Research looks different. The underlying decisions often don’t.

A.J. Ayeni founded JX Lab to bridge academic research rigor and complex organizational decision-making. With a background spanning neuroscience, human factors, and enterprise UX research, A.J. has spent over a decade leading research practices.

Having designed research frameworks for high-stakes environments, A.J. built the JX Research Prioritizer to transform how teams evaluate evidence, quantify risk, and align research investments with strategic priorities.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

From individual research decisions to ResearchOS

JX Research Prioritizer is the first layer of JX ResearchOS — a decision-intelligence system designed to help organizations manage the full lifecycle of research investment, from identifying evidence gaps to prioritizing, planning, preserving, and measuring research value.

Decide what deserves research.

Bring us your research backlog. We’ll help identify what should move forward, what should change, and what isn’t worth the investment.

Brief → Evidence → Prioritize → Plan → Audit → Preserve → ROI
